showit website is live!!!

I am so excited to have my new showit website!!!

I have wanted to revamp my website for awhile now. I have been researching many different website companies/designers. There are tons of wonderful options out there, but I was blown away by Showit. They are much more than just a website company. Showit is a community of creatives that come together to build each other up and encourage one another to be great! It’s about community, not competition.  Having communities in our life is so very important and I am beyond blessed to have found this one!!

While at WPPI earlier this month I kept circling back to the Showit booth at the expo. I had already checked out a bunch of other photographers sites who were using Showit and knew they were amazing, but I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to do just yet. However, each time I came back and talked to someone at the booth I was a little more drawn in! They were all so energetic and inviting! I’m sure I asked way too many questions about how the sites work, but they just kept graciously answering my questions and offering advice! It didn’t feel at all like someone trying to sell me something. It felt much more like someone simply trying to do something helpful and being kind in the process.

SO.. I did it!! The last day of the expo I went back and signed up with them! It was an extremely easy process and they were all so excited! AND who doesn’t love added goodies?? I got an awesome teal t-shirt that says “create something to make the world awesome – kid president” I love that quote!!

As soon as I got back to my hotel room I signed into the Showit platform and started working on my new site. I was blown away by how easy and user friendly it was! They have templates already made for you that are completely customizable! It’s awesome to have a starting point and then be able to create something unique to your own brand and company. I LOVE that they also have mobile sites!! You can create a completely different version of your site that is mobile friendly! It makes viewing a website that much better when doing so on a phone!

The support at showit is amazing! They quickly responded to my many questions and were more than helpful… Not to mention they were so much fun and kind when helping me!!

I would be truly grateful if you would head on over and check out my new showit website on both a desktop and your phone! I would be thankful for any feedback!

It the spirit of change, I also updated my blog layout (as i’m sure you can tell)!! It too looks awesome on mobile devices as well!
